Light roast, white honey process. The Milenio varietal is a new one for us - an F1 hybrid between Timor and Rume Sudan, created to provide the disease resistance of the former and the cup quality of the latter. Grown at high elevations (up to 1750 MASL) at Sumava coffee farm, this coffee is a treat - with bright citrus notes and ample sugary sweetness throughout the cup.
