Light roast, washed process. Over the years, many of the coffees our customers have been most pleasantly surprised about have been regional-select coffees from Peru. Sourced from quality blended lots from many small farms, this region boasts the juicy characteristics of an excellent Ethiopian coffee, combined with the sweet and aromatic qualities of a nice Colombian offering. This lot in particular has remarkable sweetness, along with a balanced and fruited acidity - which should appeal to a wide variety of coffee drinkers.

Tasting Notes
Aromas of honey and citrus set the stage for flavors of silky toffee, milk chocolate and soft citrus zest. As the coffee cools, flavors like red rasberry and maple sugar begine to appear. The finish is long, sweet, and truly quaffable.
