Light-Medium roast, washed process. We are proud to offere this single farm, single varietal (H3) cofee from Finca La Bastilla. The farm sits high in the mountains of the Jinotega region of Nicaragua. This area is renowned as an excellent growing region for coffee and other crops. La Bastilla is a fairly large farm, employing about 600 seasonal workers while focusing on quality, both in the field and in processing.
