Medium roast, washed process. Pound for pound, we've probably roasted more coffee from Huehuetenango than any other origin. That speaks mainly to its versatility, but also to its popularity. This is a blended lot from many small farms, with the coffees being chosen for both quality and a consistent profile that combines balanced acidity with full and familiar flavors of chocolate, caramel, roasted almond and stone fruits.
