Light roast, natural process. I remember the first specialty coffee I ever had that really blew my mind: A natural Yirgacheffe that smelled like rich chocolate and tasted like blueberry pancakes. This microlot definitely brings to mind the sensory magic from that early experience. Grown on very small farms at elevations up to a mind-blowing 2400 meters above sea level, the dense sweetness and structured acidity pays clear homage to the hard work and passion that goes into growing this and processing this coffee.
