Light roast, natural process. Danbi Udo wash station, owned and run by Hailu Abebe, has reputation for immaculate quality and attention to detail. The coffee here is grown by local smallholder farmers whose farms top out in elevation ranging from 1950-2200 meters above sea level. The extreme elevations and ancient volcanic soils are the perfect combination for producing some of the sweetest, most complex coffees in the world.
