Medium roast, washed process. Ermera is the premier coffee growing region in Timor. With high altitudes, volcanic soil, and favorable growing conditions year-round, there's a lot to like about the specialty coffee coming out of this tiny island nation. This high quality lot is a blend of coffees from several smallholder farmers (think backyard sized farms) in the region.

Aromas of cinnamon and cocoa blend with earthy notes that set the stage for sweet notes of vanilla, maple sugar, dried strawberry and soft lemon. Hints of spice like star anise and cinnamon complete the picture.
