Light roast, washed process. This coffee is a blended lot of 100% pink bourbon varietal from four small farms in Huila, which are part of a cooperative called 'El Bomba'. The hallmark of this coffee is syrupy sweetness and pronounced acidity. This is typical of the varietal and this coffee is no exception.

Aromas of meyer lemon and light bergamot. Flavors of warm honey and butter cream frosting are balanced with citrus acidity like pink lemonade and earl grey tea. Notes of candied almond round out the profile as the cup cools.
