Light roast, washed process. Kamoini Factory (a factory is basically a micro-regional processing co-op) lies along the Ichamama River near the city of Othaya. Kamoini is known to produce some of the very best coffees in the country, and this one is no exception. Light and bright with tons of citrus and some complex spice, this one is a show-stopper.
