Light roast, natural process. Suke Quto is one of the premier growing regions in the Guji Zone (which might just be our favorite overall coffee origin). This site in particular is managed by Ismael Hassen from Kayon Mountain, a group known for excellent quality control and attention to detail. We love the big, bold fruit-forward flavors that paint a vibrant picture of the terroir this area provides.

    Perfumey aromatics of tropical fruits and dried berries, intense and winey fruited flavors dominate this coffee with intimations of peach, mango, and strawberry, giving way to melon and wild honey notes as the cup cools. The acidity is structured and citric, offering a nice contrast to the flavor and mouthfeel.
