Light roast, natural process. Bukeye wash station in Muramvya province was built over 10 years ago by the Long Miles Coffee Project for the specific purpose of exploring microlots through small-batch experimental processing. This particular coffee, grown on Muninya 'hill' by local farmers, was hand sorted and selected before being dried on both shaded beds and in full sun - which can take up to four weeks in total. The effort is well worth it, as this coffee truly stands out with exceptional sweetness and clarity. Where some natural processed coffees are 'sweet' or 'fruity', few offer the clarity and sophistication that this offering from Bukeye wash station possesses.
12oz - 340g
Note: This coffee is whole-bean. We feel this is the best option to preserve freshness, flavor, and aroma. If you need your coffee ground, please choose a grind level option and we'll be happy to grind it accordingly.
