Tanzanian coffee, Medium Roast, Washed Process. This coffee is grown at high elevation (over 1600 meters) in the Mbozi region of Tanzania by smallholder members of the Hezya AMCOS co-op. The peaberries (coffee cherries with a single seed) are separated and double washed, resulting in a complex and unique profile reminscent of some of the classic Kenyan profiles.

Honey sweetness with lightly fruited notes of mango and rasberry, Assam tea, and black currant.
