Tanzanian coffee, Medium Roast, Washed Process.  This coffee is grown at high elevation (over 1600 meters) in the Mbozi region of Tanzania by smallholder members of the Hezya AMCOS co-op.  The peaberries (coffee cherries with a single seed) are separated and double washed, resulting in a complex and unique profile reminscent of some of the classic Kenyan profiles. 


Note:  This coffee is whole-bean.  We feel this is the best option to preserve freshness, flavor, and aroma.  If you need your coffee ground, please choose a grind level option and we'll be happy to grind it accordingly.

  • Honey sweetness with lightly fruited notes of mango and rasberry, Assam tea, and black currant.
