Light roast Colombian coffee, natural process, anaerobic. This 100% pink bourbon microlot was lovingly grown and carefully hand-picked in order to use only the ripest cherries. The whole cherries were then fermented for 40 hours in an anaerobic environment. This is honestly probably the perfect summer pourover as it's loaded with sweet, tart, bright and complex flavors. If you like exciting and exotic coffees, this is it.
