Produced by Rony Lavan Guerrero and his family at their farm, La Flor del Zapote, this coffee is a perfect example of everything we love about the best Peruvian coffees: It's sweet, soft, and clean with sparkling acidity and a long finish. Rony's farm utilizes organic fertilizers exclusively and the coffee is shade grown under larger fruit trees.
This coffee was sourced through Farm to Roast. Farm to Roast facilitates direct trade between producers and roasters, allowing for better pricing and buying channels than the farms would normally have access to.
