Light-Medium roast, washed process. Perfiles is a co-op of smallholder farmers formed in 2019 in the northern province of Jaén. Here, all the coffee is certified organic and Fair Trade. The coffees can range from light and bright to deep and dank, as the growing region ranges in altitude and soil type. This coffee sits somewhere between, with a juicy quality without overbearing acidity.
