Light roast Nicaraguan coffee, natural process. Lorenzo is a smallholder farmer who also owns a bus and rights to its route through a challenging mountain range. This particular lot uses the best coffee from his small farm, which is dried on raised beds. We love how sweet and clean this coffee is, with subtle fruited notes and a mild, pleasant acidity.
