Our premier Guatemalan offering, Ayarza is a part of the Ayarza Wine Series of coffees produced by Coopertiva El Porvenir in Santa Rosa Department, southern Guatemala. The cooperative is comprised of nine quality-focused producing families, growing coffee at an average altitude of 1800 MASL. Meticulous sorting and tight quality control, followed by top-notch processing, is the key to Ayarza's sweet and winey acidity and depth of body.
