Light roast Guatemalan coffee, washed process.  Our premier Guatemalan offering, Ayarza is a part of the Ayarza Wine Series of coffees produced by Coopertiva El Porvenir in Santa Rosa Department, southern Guatemala.  The cooperative is comprised of nine quality-focused producing families, growing coffee at an average altitude of 1800 MASL.  Meticulous sorting and tight quality control, followed by top-notch processing, is the key to Ayarza's sweet and winey acidity and depth of body.


Note:  This coffee is whole-bean.  We feel this is the best option to preserve freshness, flavor, and aroma.  If you need your coffee ground, please choose a grind level option and we'll be happy to grind it accordingly.
