Light roast, natural process. This coffee comes from the Guji zone, specifically the Suke Quto processing site, owned by the Shonora family. The family, in fact, owns eight different processing sites, all centered around their home town of Gerba. Like most high quality natural-processed coffees from Guji, this one is complex with tons of fruited tones accented by plenty of sweetness and a little spice.

Note: This coffee is whole-bean. We feel this is the best option to preserve freshness, flavor, and aroma. If you need your coffee ground, please choose a grind level option and we'll be happy to grind it accordingly.
