Light roast, natural process.  Odo Shakiso comes from smallholder farmers in the district of Shakiso in the Guji zone.  The volcanic soils, semi-forested microclimes, and high elevation create a coffee profile that is entirely unique among Ethiopian coffees.  We love the complex florals and clean fruited tones that tend to be present in coffees from Guji.
