Light roast, natural process. Grown at up to 2000 MASL in the Guji zone, this single-farm, certified organic coffee was grown, picked and hand sorted by Mormora Farm. Not only is it rare to find single-farm coffees in Ethiopia, but Mormora also grows its coffee under the shade of the indigenous forest trees. In addition to the traceability and sustainability, we love the structured acidity and relatively light body of this coffee.

Sweet and floral aromatics with notes of fresh strawberry and cane sugar. Lighter body for a natural, which allows the red fruit notes and an intoxicating hint of vanilla to shine through as the cup cool.
