Light roast, natural process. This is one of the more unique natural processed Ethiopians we have had.  Even though we love naturals, many times they can lack cup clarity when compared to a bright and clean washed lots.  However this one - nicknamed Ardi by the importer - delivers an incredibly clean cup with balanced fruit acidity that seems to strike a chord between the rustic berry-bomb naturals and the bright and citrusy washed coffees we generally offer from Ethiopia.  Grown at up to 2050 MASL in Shakiso, in the Guji zone, this coffee was hand sorted and processed at Biru Bekele Drying Station.

  • Sweet aromas of blueberry cobbler. Balanced acidity with sweet-tart flavors of fresh peach, along with strawberry-milk and light cocoa.
