Light roast, natural process. The Banko Gotiti washing station sits in the town of the same name, near the border of Gedeb and Yirga Cheffe. Some of the farms that contribute here grow coffee at over 2200 feet above sea level! Dry process lots like this start with whole coffee cherry, which is dried on raised beds for three weeks or more. True to the region, the coffee is full of floral and berry notes and pays homage to the classic Ethiopian natural profiles that so many people love.
