The Shantawene Village, where this coffee is processed, is tucked away in the Bombe Mountains in the legendary growing region of Sidama. Here heirloom varietals are carefully grown, harvested, and processed using certified organic practices and meticulous attention to detail. This cup is clean but complex - and as memorable as it gets.
