Light roast, natural process. This is one of the more unique natural processed Ethiopians we have had. Even though we love naturals, many times they can lack cup clarity when compared to a bright and clean natural. Ardi, however, delivers an incredibly clean and fruity cup with balanced acidity that seems to strike a chord between the berry-bomb naturals and the bright and citrusy washed coffees we generally offer from Ethiopia. Grown at up to 2050 MASL in Shakiso, in the Guji zone, this coffee was hand sorted and processed at Biru Bekele Drying Station.
