Medium roast Columbian coffee, washed process, EA decaffeinated. This is a phenomenal decaf from a program which selects some of the region's best coffees to be set aside for decaffeination prior to export. EA (ethyl acetate) is a non-chemical decaffeination process which uses fermented sugars to bond to the acids responsible for the caffeine and remove all but 0.1-0.3% of the caffeine content.
