Light roast Colombian coffees, washed and natural processes, carbonic maceration. This is a set of two coffees; one washed and one natural, comprised of 100% Gesha varietal. This rare and highly sought after varietal was brought over from Ethiopia to Panama in 1963, and planted in Colombia in 2005. For these coffees the cherries are picked at peak ripeness, then hand sorted and exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation (carbonic maceration) before processing is finished by washing or sun drying, respectively. Please see the product profiles for each coffee for more details.
6oz, 160g x 2
Note: This coffee is whole-bean. We feel this is the best option to preserve freshness, flavor, and aroma. If you need your coffee ground, please choose a grind level option and we'll be happy to grind it accordingly.
Colombian Gesha Matched Set of Two
Both of these coffees are delicate, flavorful, fun, and allow for an experience elevated beyond what you can get from most coffees. Please see each product profile for specific tasting notes.
