Medium roast, washed process.  This coffee comes from a group of 20 smallholder producers from Tablón de Gomez in the southern region of Nariño, near the Colombia-Ecuador border.  Nariño has long been one of our favorite growing regions in Colombia, producing high quality lots grown at elevations up to 2200 meters above sea level.  The aromatics on this coffee are special, and the flavor profile is smooth and balanced - great for espress or drip!


Note:  This coffee is whole-bean.  We feel this is the best option to preserve freshness, flavor, and aroma.  If you need your coffee ground, please choose a grind level option and we'll be happy to grind it accordingly.
