Light roast, extended ferment washed process. Sourced through two farms in Oporapa, Pitalito, this coffee is 100% Pink Bourbon varietal. While the varietal alone doesn't guarantee that the coffee will be good, we've found this varietal to be one of the most consistently great types out there. Most of this lot comes from a farm called La Cumbra, while the rest of the coffee comes from a nearby farm owned by Hector Diaz. Punchy, bright acidity and deep sweetness are the highlights, and the long, clean finish will appeal to most everyone.
