Light-Medium roast, washed process. Colombia Inzá Veredas Vecinas is actually a blend of coffees from three communities within Inzá, in the Cauca region. The growing region varies quite a bit, but all of these coffees were from high quality lots grown at altitudes of 1500-2000 meters above sea level. From there they were cupped (tasted) and blended at origin to provide a balance and delicious cup.
