Medium roast, washed process. This is a blended lot from many tiny farms in and around Pitalito in Huila, our favorite coffee region in Colombia. Coffee from this region generally has a distinct clarity of cup, amazing aromas, and round sweetness. We picked this coffee for the mass appeal of its sweet, chocolate and caramel notes, balanced by citrus and stone fruit acidity.
