Light-medium roast, washed process. This sweet, clean microlot was grown by Cristobal Macias on his farm - Finca El Guamo - in the Huila department of Colombia. Huila is knows for it's microclimes and high elevation, which ensures top quality coffee with fresh crops available year round. This lot is comprised of 100% caturra varietal and is a fantastic example of just how good coffee from this region can be.
