Light roast Colombian coffee, natural process. This coffee is carefully fermented for 200 hours before being dried naturally on raised beds. The result is a truly exotic coffee experience with a very boozy, fruit-forward cup that is anything but traditional. We love the sweetness and complexity and can't help but marvel at the ingenuity and effort that goes into producing lots like this.
Grown by Felipe Arcila, a fourth generation coffee producer, this coffee was sourced via direct trade through Cofinet in Colombia. Felipe started Cofinet with his brother Carlos in order to encourage sustainable and ethical relationships between coffee growers at origin and roasters around the world.
Note: This coffee is whole-bean. We feel this is the best option to preserve freshness, flavor, and aroma. If you need your coffee ground, please choose a grind level option and we'll be happy to grind it accordingly.
Colombia - Felipe Arcila Natural
Deep aroma of cherry cordial with bright strawberry, huge cacao, and dark red wine flavors. Notes of bourbon, dragonfruit, and boozy red fruits as the cup cools.
